No, the player does not have to stop. They may continue travelling and move along to the next farm.
No, the "Little Helper" Card only allows you to take Harvest Items that have been deposited in other player's cellars.
Farmer's only reshuffle their farms (i.e. draw back up to eight farm cards to replace any taken by another player visiting that farm, and reshuffle the cards into a new 4x4 farm facedown layout) AFTER a player who has come to the farm, has drawn card(s) and resolved all actions, and either ends their turn on that farm, or moves on to the next farm. For example, if a visiting player at a farm draws a Helper Card that allows up to two more cards to be drawn from the farm; the farmer does not immediately draw a card when one is taken from their farm. The farmer only reshuffles their farm once the travelling bunny has taken all the cards allowed, and moved on, or stopped at that farm.
No, the player does not need to stop and end their move, unless they want to. The player may continue travelling, even after sending their Friendly Helper back to their Farm to deposit their Harvest Items.
The player continues travelling to the next farm after drawing and resolving the "Crafty Helper" card. Their turn does not end, unless the player elects to end their turn at that point, in which case, they do not move to the next farm until their turn comes around again.
No. A player starts their turn by moving their Bunny from the Farm they happen to currently be at, to the next farm where they stop, draw and resolve farm cards, and possibly continue to the farm after that and so on. When it's a players turn, the player does not draw any cards until they first move their bunny to the farm next in line.
When faced with the "Hard Bargain" Constable card, the player whose Bunny has been stopped by the constable gets to select which harvest Items cards go to the farmer. The Farmer does not get to pick.
No, their turn does not end. After drawing and resolving an of the Helper Cards, the play may continue travelling to the next farm, or end their turn and not move to the next farm.
They continue to the next farm. The Backpack does not cause or require the player to end their turn.
